A leading digital advertising agency is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of large integrated campaigns across a fast-paced agency environment. You'll manage multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high creative standard while partnering closely with Account, Creative, and Production teams. Salary - Up to £45,000 Location - Birmingham (hybrid) Key Responsibilities:Own full project lifecycle across integrated campaigns (digital, social, print, broadcast)Manage multiple high-value, complex projects simultaneouslyBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocationLead cross-functional teams and ensure smooth workflow across departmentsAct as key client contact for project delivery, timelines, and status updatesIdentify and mitigate risks; escalate issues to senior stakeholders where neededEnsure all internal reviews, approvals, and QA processes are followedChampion PM best practice and mentor junior team membersRequirements:4+ years project management experience within an advertising/creative agencyProven track record managing complex, multi-channel campaignsStrong stakeholder and client management skillsExperience with PM tools (e.g. Workfront, ProofHQ, SharePoint, etc.)If this sounds like you, please email your CV to: or apply via the links Please note that due to the volume of candidates, we can only respond to those who are deemed suitable for the position.
