Job Description

A creative content and experience agency is hiring a Senior Account Manager / Project Manager to take ownership of day to day delivery across a major enterprise technology client. This is a client-facing role for someone confident managing complex stakeholder groups within large tech organisations, and comfortable operating at pace in a highly trusted, embedded relationship. The work is heavily experiential rather than presentation-led. Projects span branding, physical design, office activations, floor redesigns, explainer videos and bespoke installations. You will act as a close extension of the client's internal team, expected to respond quickly, shape solutions confidently, and manage delivery end to end. Role: Account Manager / Project Manager Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 + benefits Location: Hybrid. London office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday preferred. Open to remote for the right profile. What you will be doing: Owning day to day delivery for a large enterprise technology clientManaging senior stakeholders within complex, global tech environmentsTaking loose enquiries and shaping them into clear scopes, solutions and delivery plansRunning projects end to end from initial conversations through to final deliveryWorking closely with internal creative and production teams across experiential outputsManaging timelines, budgets, documentation and ongoing client communicationActing as a trusted partner embedded into the client's daily workflowsSupporting commercial discussions including scope definition and statements of workWhat you will need: At least 2 years experience in a content, creative, marketing or client services roleProven experience owning projects end to end, not just supporting deliveryStrong stakeholder management skills, ideally within large enterprise or big tech clientsConfidence leading client conversations with clarity and authorityExperience briefing designers, producers or content teamsHighly organised, proactive and calm under pressureStrong attention to detail across written, visual and experiential workAbility to shape solutions in response to evolving client needsUnderstanding of commercial delivery and revenue-driven targetsNice to have: Experience working with enterprise technology brands such as global software or cloud providersAgency or consultancy backgroundExposure to B2B marketing or communicationsExperience supporting senior leaders or executive communicationsInterest in how AI or emerging technology supports content deliveryExperience delivering experiential, physical or in person activationsWhat's on offer: £50,000 to £55,000 salary plus benefitsOwnership of a high-profile enterprise technology accountCreative, varied work beyond standard presentation deliveryA role built on trust, autonomy and long-term client relationshipsIf you're confident managing enterprise stakeholders, enjoy shaping solutions from ambiguity, and want a role combining account ownership with hands-on project delivery, this is a strong next step.
