Backed by significant funding and scaling quickly through acquisition and technology, the business is using AI and automation to modernise a fragmented industry at scale. This role is not about maintaining legacy systems or working through endless tickets. It is for someone who thrives in fast-moving engineering environments and already uses modern AI-assisted development workflows as part of how they build software.Role: Front End Engineer Salary: £85,000-£95,000 Location: London (Central), 2 days per week onsiteWhat you'll be doing:Build and scale modern frontend applications using ReactWork closely with product, design and engineering teams to deliver new platform capabilitiesOperate in a highly iterative, AI-enabled engineering environmentUse agentic development workflows and AI tooling to accelerate delivery and improve outputContribute to frontend architecture, component systems and overall engineering standardsCollaborate with backend engineers working across Python, AWS and modern infrastructure toolingHelp shape engineering processes within a fast-scaling technology businessWhat you'll need:Strong commercial experience with React and modern frontend engineeringExperience within high-performance scaleups or fast-growth product businessesHands-on experience using AI-assisted or agentic development workflows as part of your day-to-day engineering processStrong product mindset with the ability to move quickly and operate autonomouslyExperience working closely with modern backend and infrastructure environments is beneficialExposure to Python, AWS, Docker or Terraform is advantageousComfortable operating in high-ownership engineering culturesThis role would suit someone coming from a high-growth London scaleup environment who enjoys modern engineering workflows, operates with high autonomy and wants to help build a category-defining platform.
