Senior Account ExecutiveLocation: Hybrid 4 days a week in Alderley EdgeSalary: Up to £35,000 We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join a growing, purpose-driven organisation and manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience.This role could be particularly well suited to someone with a teaching or education background who is looking to step away from the classroom, but still has a genuine passion for working with schools and making a positive difference to children. The RoleManage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts.Build strong, long-term client relationships.Lead onboarding, customer calls and presentations.Understand customer needs and identify opportunities.Track KPIs and take ownership of account performance.Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver excellent service. About YouPrevious teaching experience is also welcomed, particularly for candidates looking to transition from education into a commercial/customer-facing role.Experience in account management, customer success or client services.Confident at presenting and jumping on calls with schools and stakeholders.Highly organised with strong relationship-building skills.Commercially aware and comfortable working to KPIs.Proactive, personable and keen to develop your career.
