About the Role

As an Accommodation Porter, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our hotel is welcoming, comfortable, and spotless for every guest. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires strength, stamina, and a positive attitude.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Keeping linen stores well-stocked, organised, and clean
• Handling linen deliveries and managing inventory
• Assisting with the movement of furniture and guest amenities
• Ensuring corridors and public areas are tidy and free of obstructions

Supporting the recycling process and basic maintenance tasks

Responding promptly to guest requests and helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere

Adhering to all health, safety, and fire procedures

What We’re Looking For

A can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Good level of physical fitness

Basic English language skills (written and spoken)

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided
