Still Room Assistant

Harvest Homemade Café is looking for a motivated Still Room Assistant to join our friendly team and play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy café. Please note: Weekday and weekend availability is essential for this role, as we aim to provide exceptional service throughout the week.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the still room, wash-up, and kitchen support areas.
• Washing and storing crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment to the highest hygiene standards.
• Assisting with the delivery, storage, and rotation of stock.
• Supporting the café and kitchen teams with general cleaning and preparation duties.
• Ensuring all food safety, HACCP, and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Helping in other areas of the café as required to support the team.

What We're Looking For

• A reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Previous cleaning, kitchen porter, still room, or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Fully flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends.
