Becoming a trusted advisor for clients, the full-time remote Account Director will manage the sale of litigation support services, identify upselling opportunities, and collaborate with Sales Management to meet revenue targets.

##### Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on Electronic Data Discovery, Document Hosting, and other Professional Services

Conduct sales calls, customer meetings, and presentations to identify and fulfill client needs

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal project outcomes and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings

##### Required qualifications

Proven track record of sales success with the ability to meet or exceed goals

Experience in creating a sales brag book demonstrating continual achievement of quotas and client satisfaction

Ability to quickly learn new technology verticals and sales strategies

Excellent presentation skills for articulating complex technical details to clients

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
