Account Executive (Sales & Client Management)

This is a Wellington-based, full-time sales role, not an accounting one. You'll find new clients, win them, and then own the relationship, including making sure the work gets delivered. If you like talking to people, chasing targets and seeing results every week, read on.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

- Base salary of up to $75,000, depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Find and win new clients through calls, meetings and pitches

- Own your portfolio and be the go-to person for your clients

- Grow your accounts by spotting new opportunities with the clients you already have

- Run the day-to-day delivery for your sites, including staffing, scheduling and wage records, working with our supervisors and cleaning teams

- Keep compliance and client records accurate

- Fix problems fast when things go sideways

A note on the role: it's a mix of winning and growing clients and making sure the service you've sold gets delivered well. If you want a pure sales job with no operations, this isn't it. If you like owning the whole customer relationship, you'll love it.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Sales or customer-facing experience helps, from any industry, but it's not essential

- Comfort picking up the phone and pitching to new people

- Resilience - you hear "no" and keep going

- Great communication and an easy way with people

- Organisation - you can juggle clients, people and schedules at once

- A full driver's licence and the right to work in NZ
