Job Description

Owning a national segment, the full-time Account Executive, Solutions will manage full-cycle new business sales of AI products to credit unions and banks, focusing on consultative selling and maintaining an active pipeline remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Exceed annual new business quotas by selling AI solutions to community financial institutions
Conduct discovery sessions using SPICED to qualify leads and tailor sales engagement
Deliver business cases and proposals that align Posh's AI products with client needs
##### Required qualifications
3 to 5 years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or technology sales, preferably in AI or financial technology
Proven track record of high deal volume and consistent quota attainment
Experience selling to community or mid-market financial institutions
Strong outbound pipeline generation skills and consultative selling abilities
Familiarity with structured qualification frameworks, specifically SPICED
