Accountant

We are seeking an experienced accountent with a Minimum of 3-years' experience required.

We are small to mid-size company that is growing every year and there is a management potential within the company.

We are owners/landloards and property developers and our business include

1. Purchase of sites/building (property, commercial and other)

2. financial account/s management (include bookkeeping)

3.knolage of dealing with company loans

Our portfolio ranges from Apartment/Hotel, modern Pub/Restaurant, HMO, and multiple Studio apartments which we let on 12-month (AST) contracts.

The role would be based at one of our offices in South East London, (it would include site visits and meetings when needed).

The role responsibilities would be

1. To provide day-to-day finances; log invoices for each site (each site is a different Ltd Company)

2. Create P&L internal reports

3. Make payments list on a weekly basis

4. Monitor the expenses and purchase activity

5. Weekly reports and meeting with the director for payments and other issues that need attention.

Salary: Depends on qualification and first 3 month trial period

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year
