Principais Responsabilidades

Prepara os relatórios financeiros mensais, trimestrais, anuais e outras divulgações e informações necessárias, garantindo a conformidade com as normas IFRS;
Analisa informações financeiras e resume a situação financeira;
Garante que todas as informações contábeis fornecidas sejam precisas;
Prepara os lançamentos contábeis gerais (journal entries);
Cálculo/preparação do IRPJ (CIT);
Prepara e mantém o balanço patrimonial (balance sheet); reconciliações de todas as contas, controles contábeis como provisões, etc.;
Revisão da contabilidade da folha de pagamento (payroll);
Pesquisa e analisa questões técnicas de contabilidade, incluindo a avaliação do impacto de novas regulamentações e pronunciamentos contábeis, para garantir que os registros, políticas e procedimentos da empresa estejam em conformidade com as normas aplicáveis;
Elabora e mantém princípios, políticas e procedimentos contábeis para garantir demonstrações financeiras precisas e pontuais;
Dá suporte a auditorias internas e externas para garantir a conformidade, auxiliando também em auditorias fiscais;
Controles de Ativo Fixo (FA Controls);
Dá suporte na implementação/parametrização de sistemas;
Executa outras tarefas e atribuições conforme necessário e especificado pela gestão.

Requisitos

Bacharelado em Ciências Contábeis ou áreas similares;
Nível de inglês avançado (oral e escrito);
Uso avançado de Excel e do pacote Google (Google suite);
Perfil "mão na massa" (hands on) e comprometido com prazos, com um forte senso de urgência;
Registro no CRC (CPA license);
Desejável experiência anterior com o ERP Netsuite;
Desejável bom conhecimento dos impostos diretos brasileiros e de alguns impostos indiretos.
