Accounts Payable Administrator

In this role, you'll form part of a great team, and will play an important role in supporting the financial and administrative functions of a diverse and growing business. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, subcontractor payments and payroll administration, while supporting a range of business units across roofing, aluminium joinery manufacturing and outdoor products.

Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly

Prepare and manage supplier payment runs

Reconcile supplier statements and AP balances

Assist with month-end finance activities and reporting

Process subcontractor payments and associated administration

About you

You're a highly organised and detail-oriented accounts professional who takes pride in keeping things accurate, efficient and on track. With a knack for juggling competing priorities, you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You'll bring;

Previous experience in AP, finance administration or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Experience with MYOB or similar EPR/accounting systems
