The Role
Processing customer payments and performing accurate bank reconciliations
Communicating proactively with customers on overdue accounts, resolving queries, and maintaining positive relationships
Applying and enforcing company credit policies and procedures consistently
Managing documentation for customer returns, recharges, warranty claims, and related adjustments
Your Profile
Demonstrated strong customer service focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, accounts receivable processes, and financial reconciliation
Understanding of inventory movements and their impact on financial records
Highly organised with strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Motivated, proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and contribute
Preferably some prior experience in a similar accounts receivable or credit control role
Valid working rights for New Zealand (essential)
