Manage customer accounts and collections for The Roofing Store Ltd across six New Zealand branches. This role suits a confident, persistent credit professional who can build strong customer relationships and deliver timely collections.

Key responsibilities:

Manage overdue accounts from initial follow-up through to timely collection.

Resolve payment queries and account disputes.

Process daily banking, allocate customer payments accurately and reconcile accounts.

Monitor debtor days, credit limits and stop-credit requirements.

Coordinate credit approvals and maintain credit insurance compliance.

What you’ll bring:

Proven accounts receivable and credit control experience in a commercial environment; experience supporting multiple business units is highly relevant.

Assertiveness, resilience, and confidence in handling difficult conversations.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, balancing firm follow-up with professional customer relationships.

Good computer skills, accurate data entry, and attention to detail.
