Overseeing all accounts receivable activities, the full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor will manage staff, ensure the accuracy of customer accounts, and reconcile revenue while working in a hybrid environment from St. Louis or Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates accounts receivable activities to maintain an accurate system

Develops work schedules, assigns duties, and reviews work for accuracy and compliance with policies

Responsible for customer account accuracy, revenue reconciliation, and generating invoices

##### Required qualifications

At least 7 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

Experience with automation and AI systems

National Association of Credit Management (NACM) CBA, CBF, or CCE certification preferred
