Job Description

Overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team, the full-time Supervisor, Accounts Receivable Services will manage inventory, conduct staff training, and ensure timely follow-up on accounts while working remotely.
##### Key responsibilities
Monitor and coordinate follow-up activities to meet collection goals and ensure equitable work assignments
Conduct weekly quality assurance reviews and productivity assessments for the AR team
Provide training and feedback to staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed
##### Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in a hospital business office or similar environment
Experience with hospital/facility billing and home infusion billing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
