Job Description

Supporting the management team remotely, the full-time Accounts Receivable Team Lead will oversee the coordination of Accounts Receivable operations, provide training, and ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims.
##### Key responsibilities
Assist global team members by answering questions and providing support for their ongoing success
Track productivity and quality of Accounts Receivable Representatives while identifying areas for improvement
Follow up with payers to ensure timely resolution of outstanding claims and initiate appeals when necessary
##### Required qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience in insurance collections, including submitting and following up on claims for medical practices or facilities
Knowledge of the denied claims and appeals process
Proficiency in practice management systems, with preference for EPIC PB, Allscripts, or Cerner
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
