Administrator
Job Description
Competitive salary with progression opportunities + Local Government Pension Scheme + 24/7 access to a free virtual GP Service + collaborative MAT network + additional LAT benefits.
Are you highly organised, proactive, and passionate about supporting the smooth running of a school?
We are looking for a committed and efficient individual to join our team as an Administrator, working closely with and reporting to our Assistant Principals.
In this varied role, you will provide essential administrative support across a range of areas, including timetable management, behaviour and merit reporting, the set-up and analysis of student and staff surveys, and support for SSR, SEN and student reporting processes. You will play an important role in ensuring information is accurate, deadlines are met, and our Assistant Principals have the administrative support they need to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a confident approach to using IT and handling data. You will be able to manage competing priorities, communicate effectively with colleagues, and work both independently and as part of a team. Experience of using Bromcom or a similar school management information system would be an advantage.
If you are looking for a rewarding role where your administrative skills can make a real difference to the day-to-day running of a school, we would love to hear from you.
This is a permanent, part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week during term time. We are happy to consider different working patterns, including working three days per week or spreading the hours across five days with shorter working days.
