  • We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable After School Club Playworker to join our team at Wraysbury Primary School.
  • You'll help create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment where children can relax, play, make friends and enjoy a variety of activities after their school day.

Monday to Friday

🌟 2:45pm – 6:00pm

16.25 hours per week, term time only

  • There may also be opportunities to increase your hours by working at our holiday clubs during school holidays, if available.
  • 🎨 About the Role
  • As an After School Club Playworker, you'll help deliver high-quality childcare in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
  • You'll support children through a mixture of engaging activities, creative play, games and structured activities, helping them enjoy their time at the club.
  • ⭐ Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of fun and engaging activities including games, sports, arts & crafts and structured play
  • Create a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment
  • Encourage positive behaviour and active participation
  • Support children's wellbeing and development
  • Supervise children throughout the session
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety and company procedures
  • Complete sign-in and sign-out procedures
  • Prepare and provide refreshments while maintaining high hygiene standards
  • Set up and pack away play areas and equipment
  • Complete relevant accident and incident documentation
  • Communicate professionally with children, parents, colleagues and school staff
  • Carry out basic equipment and safety checks
  • Support first aid and health & safety procedures where requiredπŸ’› What We're Looking For
