To drive the development of AI agent skills within the 'Ask Albert' platform, the full-time Agent PM will manage the entire lifecycle of agentic products, from identifying high-impact opportunities to collaborating with customers and teams to ensure successful deployment and measurable ROI.

##### Key responsibilities

Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, translating customer workflows into structured agent skill requirements and roadmaps

Design, build, test, and iterate on AI agent skills, applying platform capabilities to solve real customer problems

Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, championing adoption and contributing to the development of evaluation standards for agent skills

##### Required qualifications

5+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI-powered products in high-growth environments

Hands-on experience in building or deploying AI agents, including prompt engineering and iterative refinement

Experience in vertical SaaS or enterprise software, preferably with knowledge of R&D workflows

Exceptional skills in customer discovery and workflow mapping to identify unspoken pain points

Ability to prototype solutions and validate ideas through direct building rather than just conceptual descriptions
