As an Allied Health Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting safe, timely and sustainable patient transitions across Canberra Hospital. Leading complex care coordination and discharge planning, you will connect patients with the services and supports they need to achieve the best possible outcomes. You will also provide leadership to the allied health teams providing clinical service delivery in these areas.

We are seeking collaborative and adaptable allied health professionals with strong clinical leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
