Lead and manage the Analog/Mixed Signal Design team, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's vision and goals.

Develop and maintain a strong team culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Drive the development of advanced analog and mixed signal circuits for next-generation processors.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Develop and implement strategies to improve the team's productivity and efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in analog/mixed signal design and incorporate them into the team's processes.

Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and guidance when needed.

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support the team's needs.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all designs.

Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines.

Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on project progress and identify any potential issues.

Drive continuous improvement efforts within the team and implement best practices to enhance design processes.

Act as a subject matter expert in analog/mixed signal design and represent the team in technical discussions and meetings.
