This position will strengthen analytical capabilities, provide financial and decision support to enterprise-wide go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and help drive volume and margin growth opportunities across the CHS enterprise. The individual must have strong data, systems and analytical skills, project management skills, and be comfortable working in a matrixed organization. This role will partner with CHS’ go-to-market (GTM) business and leadership team. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with analytical expertise, helping customer-facing teams make informed decisions to meet volume, margin and customer objectives. The role will report to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, Enterprise Customer Development.This is a hybrid position based in Inver Grove Heights, MN. Responsibilities Execute GTM and FP&A analytical projectsPartner with BI teams to develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and scalable datasetsStandardize KPI reporting and performance visibility across GTM leadership teamsAutomate manual reporting and improve data reliabilityTranslate evolving business needs into repeatable analytics solutionsSupport GTM initiatives by tracking volume and margin growth opportunities across businessesDevelop GTM reports to enable tracking of sales and margin optimization opportunities for our wholesale and retail operationsDeliver reporting to provide actionable insights and drive more favorable mix of focus products across the companySupport ad hoc initiatives aligned with GTM FP&A objectivesMinimum Qualifications (required) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Planning and AnalysisAdditional Qualifications Power BI, SQL, SAC, advanced Excel, data analysis and visualizationDAX, Power Query, Power Automate, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Fabric and data warehousing conceptsCombines strong technical capability with financial and commercial acumenCan move from raw data to clear business recommendationsEnjoys dashboard development, problem-solving and process automationBuilds credibility with both business and technical stakeholdersProficient in MS Office suiteStrong financial budgeting, forecasting and analytical skillsExperience in developing and use of financial dashboards, modeling and reportingExcellent organizational skills, ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneouslyAbility to build external and internal relationships in order to effectively and creatively solve problemsExcellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenCPA or MBA preferred Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.
