Application Engineer, Workday HCM

Design and implement innovative solutions using Workday HCM to support the needs of our global workforce.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations between Workday HCM and other systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Stay updated on the latest Workday HCM features and functionalities and make recommendations for their implementation.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Workday HCM.

Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training to end-users.

Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Work closely with HR and other departments to gather feedback and continuously improve the user experience of Workday HCM.

Participate in the testing and implementation of new system updates and enhancements.

Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues.

Act as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM and provide guidance and support to other team members.

Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.

Collaborate with vendors and other external partners to leverage their expertise and resources.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all data.
