Conduct applied research to develop innovative solutions for next-generation technology.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define research objectives.

Design and execute experiments to test and validate new technologies.

Analyze data and interpret results to draw conclusions and make recommendations.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in semiconductor technology.

Work closely with product development teams to translate research findings into practical applications.

Write technical reports and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and organized records of research activities.

Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.

Continuously improve and optimize research processes and methodologies.

Adhere to company policies and guidelines for research and development.

Mentor and train junior research engineers.

Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

Contribute to the development of patents and intellectual property.

Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and other industry events.
