Job Description

• 5-9 years of relevant experience in digital front end design for ASICs design with BTech/MTech
• Expertise in RTL coding in Verilog / VHDL / SV of complex designs with multiple clock domains
• Good in problem solving, critical thinking and documentation skills
• Expertise with various bus protocols like AHB, AXI and NOC designs
• Experience in low power design methodology and clock domain crossing designs
• Experience in Spyglass Lint / CDC checks and waiver creation
• Understanding of full RTL to GDS flow to interact with DFT and PD teams
• Experience in mobile Multimedia / Display design is a plus
• DSI / DP/ HDMI knowledge is a plus.
• Working knowledge of timing closure is a plus
• Expertise in Perl, TCL language is a plus
• Expertise in post-Si debug is a plus
• Good documentation and presentation skills
• Ability to create unit level test plan

General Description

• Should possess good communication skills to ensure effective interaction with Engineering Management and mentor group members.
• Should be self-motivated and good team working attitude and need to function with little direct guidance or supervision

Responsibilities

• Digital design and development (RTL) working in close collaboration with Multi-site leads
• Use deductive and inductive problem solving; multiple approaches may be taken/necessary to solve the problem
• Developing the micro architecture and implementing the design using Verilog / SV. Integrate and deliver complex subsystem to SoC
• Work in close coordination with Systems, Verification, SoC team , SW team, PD & DFT teams to get the goals completed.
• Makes decisions based on incomplete or changing specifications and obtains adequate resources needed to complete assigned tasks
• Anticipates and communicates issues with project team to maintain open communication.
• Prioritizes project deadlines and deliverables with minimal supervision. Determines which work tasks are most important for self and junior engineers, stays focused, and deals with setbacks in a timely manner
