Job Description
Join Sixt Rent a Car as our Assistant Branch Manager
We're looking for a motivated Assistant Branch Manager to support the daily operations of our busy rental car branch. You'll work alongside the Branch Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, lead staff, manage fleet operations, and drive branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily branch and rental operations.
Lead, coach, and develop team members.
Ensure vehicles are clean, compliant, and rental-ready.
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve escalations.
Drive sales, upgrades, and branch revenue.
Maintain Health & Safety and company compliance standards.
Manage fleet, assets, and operational reporting.
What you'll bring:
Previous supervisory or leadership experience .
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities.
Full, clean driver's licence.
Experience in rental cars, tourism, hospitality, transport, or automotive industries is advantageous.
