Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory

Robinhood is looking for an experienced, organized, and knowledgeable Assistant General Counsel, Regulatory to join our legal team and help us carry out our mission of democratizing finance for all. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the legal framework for our regulatory compliance program, supporting the growth of our business, and providing counsel on a wide variety of legal matters. You will be a part of a dynamic, collaborative team that is constantly innovating and making an impact. To be successful in this role, you must have a JD degree from an accredited law school and be an active member in good standing of any state bar. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal or regulatory role and be knowledgeable of financial services regulations, such as FINRA and SEC regulations. You must have proven experience in legal research and analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
