Supporting a portfolio of small districts, the full-time Associate Client Success Manager will manage onboarding, relationship building, and project execution remotely while ensuring client satisfaction and account renewals.

##### Key responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for a large portfolio of 100 partners, ensuring consistent engagement and support for renewals

Lead districts through Panorama's survey process, facilitating setup, launch, and results review while tracking important milestones

Educate clients on product usage and best practices, gathering feedback to enhance the client experience

##### Required qualifications

1-2 years of experience in customer success or account management

Proven track record of renewing accounts and building client relationships

Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Gainsight is a plus

Strong interest in supporting technology for K-12 education and improving student outcomes
