We're looking for an Associate Consultant to join our growing team on a full-time, fixed-term basis until August 2027. This is an opportunity to work alongside some of New Zealand's leading TTM professionals, helping clients navigate everything from day-to-day project requirements through to complex traffic management challenges.

About the Role
Working closely with our consulting team, you'll play a key role in developing compliant traffic management solutions and supporting clients throughout the planning and delivery process.
You will
- Design compliant, practical, and detailed Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) that meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, Road Controlling Authorities (RCAs), and other stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
- Support tender submissions and long-term project delivery.
- Coordinate and support on-road TTM services for clients.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships through responsive and professional client service.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a "no surprises" approach to project delivery.
- Contribute ideas and continuous improvement opportunities that help strengthen our services and client experience.
About You
You'll be technically capable, client-focused, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll have:
At least 3 years' experience in a TMP design role.
Strong knowledge of TMP design or review, TTM practice, and risk-based assessment.
Proficiency with AutoCAD.
Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Desired skills
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, architecture, design, or a related field.
- Experience with SIDRA Intersection software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
