**About the Role:**

As an ANUM in our ED, you’ll be at the heart of both patient care and team leadership. You’ll provide expert clinical guidance across all aspects of emergency nursing, while coordinating shift operations and supporting staff in a fast-paced environment. From critical care presentations to routine emergencies, no two days are the same—and your leadership will play a key role in supporting patient outcomes, staff confidence and smooth department flow.

**Who We’re Looking For:**

• Recent and comprehensive Emergency or Critical Care nursing including ALS and Triage competent
• AHPRA Registration
• Postgraduate qualification in Emergency or Critical Care nursing
• Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates ongoing commitment to professional development of self and others
• Proven ability to work under pressure
