About the Role

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and delivering scheme product projects across Australia and New Zealand, supporting products such as Prezzy and Giftzzy. The role works closely with internal stakeholders, payment schemes, vendors, and technology partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with business, regulatory, and customer requirements

Your main tasks include

  • Coordinate project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Support the development and enhancement of prepaid, gift card, and reloadable card programmes across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Liaise with Visa, Mastercard, processors, vendors, and technology partners to coordinate project activities, approvals, testing, and implementation requirements.
  • Ensure projects meet governance, compliance, security, and operational requirements, including maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
  • Coordinate testing, launch readiness activities, training, and operational handovers to support successful product releases
  • Provide clear reporting, stakeholder engagement, and project updates to support informed decision-making and successful project outcomes
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of scheme product projects, from planning and requirements gathering through to launch and post-implementation review.
  • About you
  • You will have a 4 years of experience in an Associate Project Manager or related role
  • Experience in Payments, FinTech, IT, Finance, Banking or a similar industry is preferred
  • Must be able to easily travel to and from Australia a few times a year
  • A certification in Project Management is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to have flexible working hours as we are an international business
