Job Description
Managing a high-volume book of business, the full-time Associate Renewal Manager will identify customer risks, guide renewal conversations, and ensure contract accuracy in a remote work environment.
##### Key responsibilities
Identify customer health risks and guide customers through the renewal lifecycle
Lead renewal and commercial conversations, ensuring clarity and accuracy in contract execution
Engage with customers through various communication channels to provide actionable recommendations for adoption and value realization
##### Required qualifications
1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Contract Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
Experience leading customer conversations involving renewals and negotiations
Ability to diagnose customer goals and challenges, providing structured recommendations
Comfort interpreting customer health metrics to guide prioritization
Proficiency in managing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment
