Are you a client-focused audit leader who thrives on leading high performing teams and delivering audits of the highest quality? As a Manager at Crowe Australasia, you’ll support a team and deliver a trusted, client-first audit experience.

We are open to candidates based in Christchurch, Nelson, Dunedin, and Invercargill.

Your role, your contribution!

Be a key contact for clients, building trust and long-term working relationships

Plan and deliver audits to quality, budget and regulatory standards

Coach, develop and allocate work to build team capability

Ensure compliance with audit methodology and accounting standards

Identify growth opportunities and support fee proposals

What you will bring to the role:

Previous experience with NZ auditing and accounting standards

CA or equivalent qualifications

Sound business acumen with the ability to manage competing priorities within agree timeframes

Strong capability to lead and inspire teams

Experience with CaseWare Working Papers is an advantage
