Automotive Service Advisor

About the role
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys the automotive industry, has good technical understanding, and takes pride in delivering great customer service. You'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team — helping manage workflow, communicate repair requirements, and ensure jobs are completed to a high standard. This is not just a desk job — you'll be involved with the workshop team and vehicles throughout the day.
Key responsibilities
Booking vehicles and managing workshop workflow
Communicating with customers about servicing and repairs
Preparing estimates and explaining repair recommendations
Coordinating with technicians throughout the repair process
Carrying out final quality checks
Helping maintain smooth day-to-day workshop operations
About you
Previous automotive industry experience preferred
Service advising experience an advantage, but not essential
Strong mechanical understanding and technical confidence
Good communication and customer service skills
Organised and able to multitask in a busy environment
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
* Full NZ driver's licence and NZ residency
