Client: One of the largest Diesel Engines and Power Generators manufacturers in the US

Overview

We are looking for a Service Admin who serves as first point of contact with customer to promote quality customer service and assist with increasing business within the branch location.

Duties

• Scan in products.
• Start work orders.
• Help trucks get parked around back.
• Assist with warranties (a bonus, but not required).
• Assesses customers needs and gathers pertinent information.
• Creates basic work orders in appropriate systems.
• Provides some status updates to customers, as requested.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Automotive repair or service facility.
• Computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable in a customer-facing position
• Experience in auto service, service background, repair facility
