We’re on the lookout for a qualified Automotive Technician to join a high-volume, modern workshop in Christchurch. This workshop is busy, fast-paced, and built on quality – and they’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You'll be joining a top-tier team with access to the latest diagnostic equipment and factory training to keep your skills sharp and your career moving forward.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a range of late-model vehicles

Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools

Completing repair work to manufacturer standards and within allocated timeframes

Working collaboratively with service advisors and workshop staff to ensure great customer outcomes

Contributing to a safe, efficient, and professional workshop environment

What we’re looking for:

NZ Level 4 Automotive Technician qualification (or equivalent)

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a dealership or workshop environment

WOF - huge plus!

Confidence in using diagnostic equipment and interpreting fault codes

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Current clean NZ driver’s licence
