Backend / API Engineer, IAM Data Plane

We are looking for a skilled Backend/API Engineer to join our team and help us build and maintain the Identity and Access Management (IAM) data plane for our customers. As a member of the IAM team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and reliability of our platform. Develop and maintain the Identity and Access Management (IAM) data plane for our customers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test APIs that meet business requirements.

Ensure the security and reliability of our platform by implementing best practices and conducting regular security audits.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the IAM data plane, working closely with the support team.

Create and maintain technical documentation for the IAM data plane and related systems.

Stay up-to-date with the latest IAM trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvement.

Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve system efficiency.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate the IAM data plane with other systems and services.

Continuously monitor and analyze system metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices and industry standards.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for the IAM data plane.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.

Work independently and take ownership of projects from conception to deployment.
