This is such a dream business for us to be working with, a female owned and led bakery with a growing list of excellent stockists around London. They feel high end, have a mega list of premium clients and loyal customers who are helping to grow this exciting brand. They currently have one shop, a big online retail presence, and operate out of a central production kitchen. Exciting plans on the way to open up shop no2 very soon!

We are looking for a Bakery Operations Manager to help scale up and refine their systems. You must have come from a bakery background, as understanding the nuances that come with baking, the systems, and procedures used is key. This is a real focus on BOH only, you would be based out of their central production kitchen, and spend most of your time looking into quality control, implementing new structure, and systems that help to scale up the business. You will need to understand costings and a P&L to be able to find ways to reduce costs as the growth happens. This is such an exciting role.
