Bar Manager

Treaty City Brewery (Conradh Brewing Limited) is an independent craft brewery and taproom in the heart of Limerick, beside King John’s Castle. We are looking for a Bar Manager to run day-to-day operations of our taproom.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily taproom operations, service and cleanliness standards
• Roster staff and control labour costs against targets
• Line-manage three supervisors and the front-of-house team
• Oversee food quality, kitchen staffing and food cost
• Ensure HACCP, health and safety and licensing compliance
• Oversee cash-up and till reconciliation
• Handle customer reviews and complaints
• Onboard and train new staff
• Deliver private events and functions on the day
• Report weekly to the Head of Operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in bar or hospitality operations, including supervising or leading a team in a licensed premises
• Working knowledge of HACCP, health and safety, responsible service of alcohol and cash handling
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Fluent English
