Bar Manager
Job Description
Experience the vibrant beachfront energy of St Heliers at Moretons, where panoramic views of Rangitoto Island pair perfectly with a warm, neighbourly welcome. It’s a beloved local hub that captures the best of Auckland’s coastal lifestyle.
Moretons is looking for our next superstar to manage the Bar; a natural born leader who has a knowledge of all things beverage and passion for driving the people around you. You will ideally have a current Manager’s License and at least 1+ years’ experience in a management position within the hospitality industry, in particular experience on the bar. You can look after a range of key business functions such as training of other team members, stock and wage cost management, budgeting and assisting with beverage menu development (among other tasks). You fit into the team like a glove and are a key leader of the team, knowing how to go above and beyond for our customers as well as our people.
