Giants Bar & Restaurant, located within the Holiday Inn Queenstown Remarkables Park, is looking for a talented Bartender to join our lively team!

As a vital member of our team

You'll create a warm welcome to everyone and set the tone for each guest’s experience

Prepare and serve drinks to high standards, and highlight promotions to guests

Set up your bar – stock up on all the supplies you’ll need, manage your inventory and make sure all your equipment works

Prepare delicious coffee as needed

Contribute to the wine, beer and cocktail menus

What we need from you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for

Ability to work either mornings or evenings, weekends and public holidays

A positive and energetic attitude with a "can do" approach meaning you're happy to roll up your sleeves and help everyone out

Prior experience and knowledge of wines, cocktails and spirits

Ability to be self-motivated and a self-starter that can take the lead in any situation
