We are now seeking a full-time Bartender to join our team at Heathrow Terminal 3. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and is committed to delivering a truly memorable experience to every customer who visits us.

What You'll Do:

Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, teas, and soft drinks to Fortnum & Mason standards

Maintain a thorough knowledge of our drinks menu and provide recommendations to customers

Ensure all beverages are prepared and presented consistently and efficiently

Handle customer orders and payments accurately using the point-of-sale system

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all health and safety standards are adhered to

Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment and inventory management

Work collaboratively with the wider front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a customer-facing hospitality role

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with guests

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Excellent organisational and time management skills

A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverage service would be advantageous
