Base Calibration Engineer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Minimum of 3 years of prior vehicle engine calibration experience

Fundamental knowledge of internal combustion engines and powertrain calibration

Working knowledge of calibration tools (INCA /ATI), emissions regulations, and powertrain technologies.

Data acquisition experience collecting and processing data

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills

Proficient in MATLAB / Simulink, INCA

Calibration process knowledge using design of experiments and advanced optimization techniques

Proficient in advanced simulation tools

Proficient in CANalyzer, UDS Diagnostic protocol and services, CAN and LIN communication protocol.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design and develop Base Engine calibration for assigned Powertrain modules

Perform Dyno testing and fine tune the Cals as needed

Assist in developing and executing the Base Engine test scripts

Develop the proto models to fix Base Engine validation issues as a part of root cause analysis

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Excellent organizational skills with ability to identify and work with the appropriate contacts and resources

to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Base Salary Range : $90,000 to $120,000 Per Annum
