Befriender

We are looking for caring and chatty people who can provide 1:1 befriending for lonely and isolated people from Keighley and surrounding areas. Many people have had limited contact with others and this has severely affected their social and emotional wellbeing but by carrying out weekly visits to a person you will provide much needed companionship and help to lift their spirits.

Full training and support will be provided. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. Just one hour a week can make the world of difference to a lonely person. Keighley only.
