BI and Performance Manager

Ensure line management responsibilities are delivered in line with Trust policy, whilst developing plans to attract and retain the best staff within the discipline in order to build as strong a team as possible.

Direct line management of staff, providing leadership and ensuring appropriate arrangements are in place to set objectives, monitor performance and agree, review and deliver personal development needs.

Develop work plans for staff, including agreeing, defining and scheduling tasks, and identifying resources.

Identify training and development needs of staff for which the post is responsible and ensure these needs are addressed. Train staff as necessary in the use of processing and reporting, offering advice where required.

Promote a culture of collaborative working to ensure that a consistent high-quality business intelligence and informatics service is maintained and delivered.

To have responsibility for the Health, Safety and Welfare of self and others and to comply at all times with the requirements of the Health and Safety Regulations.
