Bilingual Recruiter (Class 1 Drivers)

With the continued growth of the transportation industry, Scotlynn is seeking a Bilingual Class 1 Driver who would like to expand their career into Driver Recruiting. This is an in-office role based in the Greater Montreal Area, with occasional in-person meetings and travel to hiring events. If you are bilingual (French/English), a natural communicator, and passionate about connecting with fellow drivers, we want to hear from you!

THE ROLE

Scotlynn is hiring a Bilingual Driver Recruiter with proven experience as a Class 1 Driver and strong experience in the transportation industry. This is an in-office position located outside the Greater Montreal Area – with dedicated time on the road networking with drivers. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Class 1 Driver and have a deep understanding of the trucking and logistics world.

As part of our Driver Recruiting Team, you will

• Attract, network, interview, and hire Class 1 drivers
• Build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry events
• Partner with operations and dispatch to ensure hiring needs are met
• Represent Scotlynn at trade shows, info sessions, and recruitment fairs

ABOUT YOU

• Bilingual – French & English (written and spoken)
• Experience in transportation / logistics industry (Class 1 driver experience preferred)
• Tech-savvy with experience using ATS platforms, Indeed, and social media recruiting
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Able to travel and work occasional evenings/weekends for events
• Self-driven, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

YOUR COMMITMENT

• Full-time, permanent role
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, with occasional after-hours and weekend support for hiring events
