Branch Manager - Intermodal & Specialised

Lead. Grow. Make it happen.

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to take the reins of our Townsville Intermodal & Specialised operation.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope to lead people, grow the business, strengthen customer relationships and drive branch performance.

What you’ll do

Lead and develop a high-performing operational team.

Own safety, service, people and financial performance.

Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Drive productivity, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Manage labour, fleet, equipment and resources effectively.

Set the standard for performance, accountability and culture.

Partner with Sales and Account Management to grow the Townsville operation.

Represent TGE Freight across the North Queensland market.

What you’ll bring

Experience leading a transport, logistics or operational team.

Strong people leadership and commercial nous.

A customer-first mindset and a focus on getting results.

Solid understanding of safety, WHS and transport compliance.

The confidence to make decisions, solve problems and hold people accountable.

A practical, hands-on approach and plenty of drive.
