Casual Breakfast Supervisor

We are looking for a Casual Breakfast Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team at Tylney Hall Hotel.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining our Four Red Star standards.

As Breakfast Supervisor, you will support the smooth running of breakfast service in our Oak Room Restaurant, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and an enjoyable dining experience.

You will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a positive, 'can-do' attitude. You will be confident in leading and supporting the team while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of breakfast service in the Oak Room Restaurant, ensuring an excellent guest experience.
• Support the Head of Department with the preparation and smooth running of breakfast service in line with hotel standards.
• Supervise and support the breakfast team, ensuring consistent service standards and excellent product knowledge.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback and any service issues.
• Ensure the restaurant is presented to the highest standard throughout breakfast service.
• Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork and a positive approach.
• Work closely with the kitchen and wider Food and Beverage team to ensure an efficient breakfast service.
• Act as a professional ambassador for Tylney Hall Hotel and the Elite Hotels group.

About You

Previous experience in a Food and Beverage supervisory role, ideally within a hotel or restaurant.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Confidence in supervising and motivating a small team.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* A flexible and reliable approach to working early mornings, weekends and bank holidays.

This is a casual position, with shifts offered according to business needs and availability.
