To support a growing Corporate Development team, the full-time Business Development Associate will manage lead generation, outreach campaigns, and pipeline coordination while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

##### Key responsibilities

Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities

Execute personalized outreach campaigns to engage potential business partners and manage follow-ups in the CRM

Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records of deal stages and contact history in the CRM

##### Required qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Hands-on experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot

Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear outputs

Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and manage outreach processes with minimal oversight
